Custody
Claimed fees sit in the paidgram Solana treasury, then in the TON payout wallet after bridging, then in the xRocket Pay app balance until paid out. Until a payout confirms, paidgram holds the funds. Recipient balances are liabilities in our ledger, published on the capital-flow page.
Payout execution
Payouts are sent automatically by the worker: Jupiter swap, USDT0 bridge, STON.fi swap, deposit to xRocket Pay, then an API payout to the Telegram @username (or a username-bound cheque). No operator sends gifts in Wallet. Telegram Stars are not used.
Price risk
USD value is fixed per claim at the time of the claim. The GRAM amount is fixed when the payout is created. Between the two, paidgram bears the price movement of USDC/SOL and GRAM.
Conflicts
paidgram staff may launch coins and may name their own handles. Such coins are marked on the token page when applicable.
Jurisdictions
paidgram does not knowingly pay sanctioned persons. Recipients need a Telegram account with that @username. Funds arrive in xRocket inside Telegram.
